John O. Sobol, Owner and President, has been in the construction industry in South Florida for 50 years and has the experience, education and background that is needed to compete in today’s market. He has had a General Contractors License, CGC 022731, since 1980.
JOS Construction Services' quality staff possesses the knowledge and experience for acquiring and developing real estate projects, including office buildings, commercial site development, warehouses, industrial complexes, shopping centers, tenant build‑outs, apartment complexes, track home developments, and custom built homes. The company's scope of business procedures involves handling of contract documents, project time lines, planning, governmental compliance, coordinating other professionals and various disciplines and finally implementation and supervision of projects.

President
John Sobol started his career in the mid 1970's for a prominent South Florida builder and was exposed to all types of construction and development including single-family, multi-family, shopping centers, medical facilities and aircraft hangars. In 1980 he was responsible for the successful construction of the Sheltair Jet Center, a premier $25 Million Dollar aviation and hangar complex. JOS Construction was launched in 1995 and successfully completed a wide variety of projects such as commercial and office facilities including MRI and medical complexes, class A office buildings and warehouse properties. John was accredited with the prestigious Green Advantage certification at this time. In 2021 JOS Construction Services was launched so that John could share his specialized experience and skillset with clients on a more individual basis. John's commitment to excellence is what drives him and sets him apart!
