JOS Construction Services' quality staff possesses the knowledge and experience for acquiring and developing real estate projects, including office buildings, commercial site development, warehouses, industrial complexes, shopping centers, tenant build‑outs, apartment complexes, track home developments, and custom built homes. The company's scope of business procedures involves handling of contract documents, project time lines, planning, governmental compliance, coordinating other professionals and various disciplines and finally implementation and supervision of projects.

HANGAR CONSTRUCTION
Large or Small!
JOS Construction Services has over 45 years of experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB). John has constructed over 2 million SF of aircraft storage hangars, FBO’s, MRO facilities, as well as Large and Small T-hangars and clustered box hangars.  In conjunction, we have constructed over 2 million SF of ramps (both concrete and asphalt) for all size aircraft including, and up to, Group III and Group IV. We have vast knowledge and experience in NFPA-409 in all types of Fire Protection Foam, Dry, Deluge and Wet systems. FAA requirements Part 77, 7460 applying and follow ups. All environmental phases, from turtle extraction to soil sampling and well points, are included as standard services offered.
40 YEAR RE-CERTIFICATION
Building Department Compliance
We can assist in the re-commissioning of any building elements or whole structures.  We can bring in the Engineers needed for the reports and as your General Contractor we can make repairs of what is required to comply with Engineers reports to satisfy code compliances.
